Features of Our Molten Metal Weighing System
- Load cells: Our system uses load cells mounted underneath the support structure of the ladle to measure the weight of molten metal being poured into a casting mold.

How Our System Works
“Our Laddle Weighing System works by measuring the weight of molten metal being poured into ladle for casting. The load cells mounted underneath of Ladle and on the I beam of the stand , the force exerted by the weight of the molten metal, which is then converted into a weight reading using a signal processor. The weight reading is displayed on a digital display or transmitted to a computer or control system for further processing or analysis.
